Industriemechaniker (m/w/d)

Als Industriemechaniker sind Sie kein Leichtmatrose – denn dank Ihnen läuft hier alles! Auf unserer Werft erwarten Sie vielseitige Tätigkeiten:

  • Sie bauen und reparieren Schiffe, sind aber auch in der Betriebsreparatur und im allgemeinen Maschinenbau gefragt.

  • Schon bald können Sie alle mechanischen, hydraulischen und pneumatischen Komponenten von Maschinen selbst fertigen und montieren.

Gestählte Muskeln und messerscharfer Verstand – diese Ausbildung macht Sie zum/zur absoluten Experten/Expertin für Metallbearbeitung! Sie umfasst Lehrgänge im thermischen Trennen, im Drehen und Fräsen, in der Steuerungstechnik von Maschinen sowie im Elektro- und Gasschweißen. Außerdem packen Sie in verschiedenen Fertigungsabteilungen mit an, indem Sie Systeme montieren bzw. demontieren, prüfen und in Betrieb nehmen.

Construction mechanic (m/f/d)
Your position in our crew

As a construction mechanic at our shipyard, you know every trick in the book. They work with many different, often huge machines to produce ship components. You can use the skills you have learned for the following tasks.

  • They manufacture and assemble various components into sections and repair ships.

  • Above all, this requires skill and brains — which is why we provide you with the right tools and techniques.

This is how we get you on board

It is possible to specialize in the fields of shipbuilding and welding technology.

Area of application shipbuilding: As soon as you have mastered the basics of metal technology, you will learn to read construction drawings and line plans in order to work out ship components independently. Just as carefully, you also create your own technical documents, such as sketches, measurement sheets and production templates. Safe handling of large machines such as presses, rollers or frame bending machines is another important part of your training.

Field of application for welding technology: You will learn the basics of metal technology to manufacture and assemble ship components. You also prepare your own technical documents for this purpose. After you have completed the welding and flame cutting courses, you are ready for shipbuilding and let the sparks fly.

Plant mechanic (m/f/d)
Your position in our crew

As a plant mechanic at our shipyard, you are passionate about working on ship supply systems. Would you like to get off to a flying start? Then this training at our shipyard is just the right thing for you! Your tasks:

  • You will soon be familiar with the intricate piping and supply systems of our ships like the back of your hand.

  • They understand pipeline plans and isometric representations down to the last detail and know which materials and techniques are required to implement them.

  • Just as professionally as you manufacture systems, keep them in good shape — whether forming, assembling or fault detection: You can rely on you!

This is how we get you on board

The basic framework of your education is knowledge of metalworking. You will also learn how to design and produce templates and windings — your compasses for the precise processing of pipes of a wide variety of materials. In this way, you will gradually gain experience and expertise to independently install, test and repair all types of valves, safety devices and systems.

It is possible to specialize in the fields of pipe system technology and welding technology. Let the sparks fly with us.

Warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d)
YOUR POST IN OUR CREW

As a warehouse logistics specialist, you always have an overview on deck. You know what is stored where and when you need it and how you can best get it from A to B. More specifically, they show full commitment in our warehouse and during shipping:

  • They receive goods and check the delivery using the accompanying documents.

  • You professionally transport goods to their destination and store them there.

  • You also pick and pack goods and load them properly into the various means of transport.

THAT'S HOW WE GET YOU ON BOARD

During your training, you will learn everything about modern warehousing. It starts with driving a forklift truck and doesn't stop when you fill out delivery notes and customs declarations correctly. You will learn how to determine and evaluate inventories, compare offers, optimally organize worldwide shipping and much more.

Technical Product Designer (m/f/d)
Your position in our crew

As a technical product designer at our shipyard, you design innovative ship components and thus set sail for your colleagues in construction. In concrete terms, this means:

  • From idea to technical design, you develop components and assemblies for our ships.

  • This involves working out and modifying drawings and creating designs and 3D models that are just as functional and installation-appropriate on the computer using modern CAD programs.

  • And so that implementation doesn't get stuck, coordinate the design and control the results

This is how we get you on board

You will learn how to make sketches and draft drawings and make the necessary calculations. You will learn the basics of control and electrical engineering, but also an economic and quality assurance way of thinking. You will soon be independently creating and maintaining technical documentation such as manufacturing documents and parts lists — nautical charts, so to speak, with which you can keep the construction of our ships on track.

Industrial clerk (m/f/d)
YOUR POST IN OUR CREW

As an industrial clerk, you have an overview on board because you get to know all the decks of our company. Do you like variety? Then this is your education:

  • They deal with commercial and business tasks and get a taste of practical experience in the areas of materials management, sales and marketing, personnel as well as finance and accounting, for example.

  • Depending on the area of application, you plan, control and monitor various business processes and are integrated into commercial processes.

  • You get a holistic picture of our company and become the central point of contact for customers, suppliers, employees and even management.

During your three-year training, you will get to know our specialist departments and gain a comprehensive insight into the activities and interplay of these and other areas: sales and marketing, finance and accounting, controlling, procurement, warehouse logistics, human resources and general administration. YOUR POST IN OUR CREW

As an IT specialist for system integration, you get our IT up to speed in order to simplify and optimize daily processes. And because our employees go into the net like fish, they have their hands full:

  • You plan and configure IT systems that you set up, operate and manage in accordance with the requirements of our internal customers. In doing so, carefully document what you are doing.

  • Whether servers, laptops, printers or projectors — they provide users with friendly and expert advice on technical devices, train users on hardware and software, and solve any application and system problems that arise.

  • In the event of a malfunction, you can quickly uncover the fault by systematically narrowing it down using diagnostic systems.

  • As a business economist, you have the opportunity to actively shape the areas of materials management, marketing, finance and accounting, controlling, personnel and general administration.
